Our primary objective is to interpret clients’ needs and turn them into successful value. We achieve this through communication of the program, planning and translation into design. We craft our projects carefully using natural materials for our user’s health and their building's longevity in a holistic approach to sustainability. Our attention to detail enhances project delivery and client satisfaction.
We engage the community through the planning ideals of New Urbanism. Since 1999, our mission to design net-zero communities based on those propagated in Europe, is achieved one step at a time. Each project is analysed for energy efficiency by associated experts.
Our bible is “The Hidden Potential of Sustainable Neighborhoods – Lessons from Low-Carbon Communities” by Harrison Fraker. Our recent visit to Hammarby sjöstad in Stockholm was inspirational. The architecture and construction was completed by design led/developer teams to promote variety.
No detail is too small. Furniture is an expression of utility, material, scale and comfort. Our line of metal furniture exhibited at the 2011 International Furniture Fair, embodies our attention to detail.
