Lead Architect - Peter S. Morgan
Peter S. Morgan, AIA, is a third-generation architect and preservationist with over 25 years of experience designing homes, hospitality spaces, and historic restorations across New Jersey, Maine, and the Northeast. He leads a collaborative network of building professionals, assembling the right team for each project's specific demands, from early feasibility through construction.
Peter's practice is rooted in the natural materials, scale, and landscape of the Northeast. He spends parts of the year on North Haven Island, ME, where life shaped by the coast, the water, and the community directly inspires his design sensibility.
Peter travels regularly between Maine and New Jersey, maintaining active projects in both states. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine, his dual-market practice is built on one premise: architecture should be purposeful, restrained, and enduring.
