Peter S. Morgan, AIA, is a third-generation architect and preservationist with over 25 years of experience designing homes, hospitality spaces, and historic restorations across New Jersey, Maine, and the Northeast. He leads a collaborative alliance of building professionals, assembling the right team for each project's specific demands — from early feasibility through construction.
Based in Brunswick, Maine, Peter's practice is rooted in the materials, scale, and landscape of New England. He spends half the year on North Haven Island, where life shaped by the coast, the water, and the community directly informs his design sensibility.
Peter travels regularly between Maine and New Jersey — maintaining deep roots and active projects in both states. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine, his dual-market practice is built on one premise: architecture should be purposeful, restrained, and enduring.
